our story

Joshua and Emily VanderKlok serve as the Lead Pastors of Resurrection Life Holland and Iglesia Vida. Pastor Joshua graduated from Rhema Bible Training school in Tulsa, Oklahoma and received a BA in International Business from Oral Roberts University. He has lived as a missionary in Mexico and served in Pastoral and ministerial roles for more than 20 years.  Pastor Emily received her MA in Spirituality, Culture and Health from Western Michigan University and also serves the Kingdom doing Monitoring and Evaluation work for Compassion International.  

The VanderKlok’s are an active family with six children that enjoy exploring the beauty of God’s creation.  Josh and Emily feel passionately called to equip Christians and expand the Kingdom of God in the name of Jesus.
